"All you Need is Love, Love" - A Song that I cannot remember from where.

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Tarot Card of the Month - Two of Cups and King of Cups

It took a while for this card to emerge, and I could feel the conditioning details being worked through as the Three of Pentacles in reverse peaked out.

There is no more compromise, settling, or trying to make something work that holds too many limitations.

With the King of Cups supporting this energy, the Two of Cups tells us to step into the heart and listen to our divine soul.

We should move into January with romantic vibes in our hearts as we approach our relationships, connections, and partnerships with unconditional love and harmony.

It is a time to judge less, feel, flow intuitively, and let go of what no longer suits your highest form of divinity.

The King of Cups is a supportive father, brother, or masculine archetype who has experienced suffering himself and provides compassion and empathy to those in need.

The Wisdom he gained on his journey allows him to be a great healer, counsellor, and coach, washing your shadows away with nourishment and care.

The Two of Cups represents the Moon in Cancer energy, a perfect opportunity to explore our emotional intuitive depth. Mars retrogrades in Cancer in the second half of January, asking us to dive deep into inner reflection and meditate on our partnerships and relationships.

What is healthy for us? Which relationships create harmony and support our hearts? Do these partnerships bring us peace and feel in alignment with where we are headed? It is easy; it is smooth, receptive, and watery. It cleanses us of our restrictions, allows us to rest, and makes us feel at ease when we decide to create together!

Astrology Forecast

In January, it is time to return home from battle, rest, and retreat as Mars, the God of War, continues its retrograde from victorious yet attention-seeking Leo into intuitive but emotional Cancerian for most of the month.

It's a good thing we are in methodical Capricorn season. This season allows us to ground these lucid and passionate energies into reality, providing us with the security and safety we crave.

Happy New Year!!

We enter the year of Virgo 2025 and experience the numerological energy of the number "9."

Reincarnation, transformation, and shedding our old identities and routines will be the theme in 2025 as we embark on self-improvement and development.

Virgo is responsible, organized, addicted to plants, and fixed on time management. Not only this, but Virgo desires to be healthy and feel harmonious in their body and home.

January will be focused on preparation. From January 28th to 29th, we will enter the year of the Wood Snake in Chinese Astrology, which is about tapping into our artistic sides and changing how we see ourselves and the structures in our world.

Magic all year round as it requires us to be adaptable, dynamic, and spontaneous.

We start the month with many good feelings of love as Venus enters Pisces and lasts until February 4th. During this transition, we dive into our emotional depths, feel our deepest fantasies come to life, and allow real connections to emerge. Romance dates are favoured.

Mars retrogrades in Cancer until April 18th on January 6th. Cancer is quite emotional because she can feel the unconscious stirrings of everyone's shadows around her. So be extra careful with your family at home or those you live with. Retreat as necessary and nurture yourself to avoid unnecessary drama or conflict.

January 8th, talkative and health-conscious Mercury enters loyal and committed Capricorn. It is time to study a new health modality or write out your fitness or nutrition program, so you have a plan ready to go as you transform your body, mind and soul in 2025!

A full Moon in Cancer welcomes us on January 13th, asking us to complete projects with great meaning to our hearts and fix relationships where there may have been a fallout. It is a great time to practice emotional maturity and express to others how they make us feel, even if it is difficult!

The soul and bright Sun enter straight-up and honest Aquarius. Authenticity is appreciated for 30 days, and ideas, direct and blunt truths, and future innovations are favoured. Get ready to see lots of AI talk, environmental technology development, and scientific reason being the center of attention in our social outings.

Towards the end of the month, Mercury enters Aquarius on January 28th, further emphasizing our need to be heard and practice observation, research, and journalism. It's a great time to publish your inventions and findings!

We end the month with our North Node retrograding in intuitive and lucid Pisces! This is a time to reflect and fantasize about our life purpose. It is also a perfect time to practice yoga and meditate to bring cleansing, healing, and spiritual growth.

Nutrition and Health

Healing the Circulatory System with Plant Medicine.

This month's focus is the heart chakra. As we are asked to open our hearts to greater love, understanding, and harmonious connection, the heavenly forces will push us to work on the health of our cardiovascular and circulatory systems.

Plants heal, and humans have always been closely connected with the plant world. From being part of our food to being our medicine of choice for almost any ailment, our plant knowledge has grown considerably.

Medicinal plants are herbs that have therapeutic effects on the body without being toxic at a standard dosage. Herbs are focused on effectively treating a health problem or injury without causing ill effects.

Here are two plants that are Healing to the Circulatory system:

Common Hazel

Common Hazel is a member of the Betulaceae family. Its active elements include tannins, flavonoids, myricitrin, oleic acid-rich seeds, and proanthocyanidins.

It is considered a Vasoconstrictor and anti-inflammatory, similar to Witch Hazel. Often, Common hazel is prescribed for Varicose Veins or any venous system ailment.

Due to their astringent properties, they are used to treat diarrhea.

You can ingest this Herb by using its leaves, steeping them in tea, or using them externally as a compress.

Horse-Chestnut

Not only is Horse Chestnut great for the circulatory system, but it also helps with water retention and prostate issues.

It heals congestive issues and has also been shown to treat bruising from fragile skin capillaries.

Horse Chestnut stems from the Sapindaceae family and has active elements of Tannin, esculin, and seeds filled with lipids, flavonoids and lots of starch.

Horse chestnuts are popular for relieving the pain of hemorrhoids and acting on varicose walls. Widely available in Turkey, this European Herb is recommended for treating chronic venous conditions such as heavy legs and varicose veins.

Due to its bitter taste, it is best to ingest this Herb through capsules, but you can also create a Bark Wine with it and drink a glass before each meal!

Externally, it can be used as an antiseptic for bruising and in douches for congestion in the female pelvic region.

Before experimenting with Herbal medicine, talk to a Naturopath or a Holistic nutritionist who is knowledgeable and expert in this healing practice.
